Hospitality Line is a free venue-finding and event management agency. Our relationships with suppliers all over the UK and our buying power means we can secure the best rates for you and your event. You provide us with the brief for your event and we will do all the work for you. We will get a selection of venue and event options over to you in a fully detailed proposal for you to shortlist your favourite venues from.
Unlike some of our competitors, we will remain your main point of contact throughout the contracting and planning of your event and will also even attend site visits with you and will also be there with you on the event date to assist you on the day.
The best part is that our services are completely free to our clients – all profit we make comes from the venues through a commission structure so this will not affect the price you pay and you will still always get the best available rates even with the added bonus of us helping you throughout the entire process.
