Our story began in 1992, as a B2B provider of group meals throughout Great Britain and Ireland. From our very first booking, an emphasis was placed on authentic experiences and exquisite service, whether organising a traditional pub lunch or a private Michelin Star event.
As our experience grew, so did the diversity of our products. Our customers became not only international travel agencies and local tour operators, but also private organisations and groups of friends and families.
And it didn’t stop there. We realised that thanks to years spent building up an un-matched collection of industry contacts, we could bring everybody tickets to the latest shows, corporate events, parties and special occasions at unbeatable prices. With dedicated consumer websites, B2B booking portals, personal account managers, event planners, innovative white label solutions and bespoke affiliate schemes we ensure everyone gets exactly what they’re looking for.

Our reservations team boast a range of specialities, from our multi-lingual European trade department to some of the most experienced experts in student and youth travel in the country. They all have one thing in common however, which is a passion for creating unforgettable experiences and an un-matched commitment to impeccable levels of service.
Working with the UK’s most breath-taking venues is incredibly rewarding, but it’s not just one big party… Ellie, Alice and Lauren take care of all the hard work, so their clients can concentrate on getting the most out of their event. Specialities include Christmas and summer parties, sporting hospitality, meeting venues and private dining.
Sales & Marketing
Whether they’re on the road or writing ‘about us’ features for shiny new websites, these guys have the easiest job in the company. Promoting Hospitality Line’s huge range of products and services has never been easier, thanks to the quality of its venues, and of course the very best rates in the business. There is one attribute shared by every member of the team, which is a genuine belief in the quality of the company’s portfolio.
It’s important to love what you do, and when you spend your time hunting down Europe’s very best restaurants, attractions, shows and events – it’s simple! The Purchasing team make it their mission to be the first to hear of Europe’s newest, most exciting destinations. Working closely with Sales and Marketing, they scour the four corners of the continent to un-earth those hidden gems that Hospitality Line’s clients rely on each and every day.
Systems & IT
Yes, they are without doubt the backbone of the company, but they are also at the forefront of so much of the innovation that has taken place at Hospitality Line over the past 26 years. As some of the longest serving members of the company, their knowledge is key to enhancing the world’s access to the largest database of venues in the European Travel Trade.
It is fair to say the Finance department are not your stereotypical team. They genuinely enjoy their work and the people they work with, bringing in real world knowledge and applying it in exciting new ways that not only benefit the rest of the company, but both our suppliers and clients as well. Regularly voted the most important department in the company, I’m sure that has nothing to do with who pays the bills…
