Enjoy a dazzling end to the year with a dinner dance to beat all dinner dances. Black-tie and cocktail dress to the ready. You’ll be welcomed to your exclusive dance with a grand, sparkling champagne reception before making your way to a glittering six-course gourmet meal in the stunning Washington Suite. Afterwards, Joe Wildy and his showband take to the stage to keep you entertained until the clock strikes midnight and we say hello to 2009. What an absolutely fabulous way to start the New Year!

Great fun for families of all ages and a fabulous way to bring the entire family together to celebrate the New Year. It’s a party with a difference, fun, games and a lively disco. Indulge at the mouth-watering buffet and then join in with our entertainer Tazz and all his party games until the disco takes over!

Layered game terrine – duck, pheasant and guinea fowl, scented with redcurrants and thyme and served with brioche and a plum and cinnamon chutney

Lemon sole and smoked salmon roulade on spinach and leeks with a vermouth cream

Tender fillet of beef on a dauphinoise potato with a ragout of shallots and woodland mushrooms and served with a port jus
