New Year's Eve
Monday 31st December 2007
Arrive and enjoy a traditional afternoon tea together with the warmest of welcomes for you, your family and friends. The celebrations begin with a candlelit Champagne and canapé reception. A sumptuous 8 course dinner will follow in our Old Course restaurant.
After dinner join in the celebrations with our Ceilidh band who will keep your toes tapping up until the bells when our piper will pipe in the New Year. Raise a glass to welcome the New Year and continue dancing to the ‘wee sma’ hours’ with the band.
New Year's Day

New Year's Day, a leisurely brunch will be served in the Old Course Restaurant between 10am and 2pm. The rest of the day is yours to relax, maybe clear your head with the refreshing sea air or enjoy the historic town of St Andrews, before returning to enjoy some of Scotland’s finest produce skilfully prepared by our expert chefs.
