Tastings can be tailor made to suit your requirements. At the most basic level you will learn the basics about how to taste wine and an overview of French wine. At an intermediate stage, among other aspects you’ll learn such skills as how to read a French label and how to navigate a wine list. You will also learn about wine techniques for appreciation and strategies for pairing food and wine. Why not take it one step further and go for the Cheese and Wine Lunch option which amongst other tips, introduces food and wine pairing skills.
