Rainforest Cafe Xmas Lunch 2008

Dine and dance this Christmas beneath the stars under the tree canopy of London's only recreated rainforest. Situated in the heart of London's West End this established themed restaurant recreates the sounds and sights of a tropical rainforest through a combination of animated wildlife and special effects.

Adding to the great Xmas party atmosphere there will be the occasional thunder and lightning storm, chattering from the animated gorillas and trumpeting of the local elephants!

Starters
Chicken & Apricot Rillette
Served with baby asparagus, fennel and roast shallots salad, toasted sunflower and honey bread and tomato chutney
Or
Tangy & Spiced Vegetarian Enchiladas
Filled with black beans, roasted corn and spinach, topped with melted cheese, sour cream and salsa crusta

Main Course
Traditional Roast Turkey
Served with stuffing, chipolatas, cranberry sauce and pan roast gravy
Or
Tower of Mediterranean Vegetables
Horse mushrooms layered with goat’s cheese, balsamic onions confit, sat on a bed of mixed herb polenta and tomato and basil sauce

(All of the above main course dishes are served with rosemary potatoes, buttered baby carrots and Brussels sprouts)

Cherry & Amaretti Cheesecake (V)
Vanilla flavoured cream cheese, black cherry fruit filling and biscuit and amaretti crumb with raspberry and butterscotch sauce
