A supreme of the finest Scottish salmon marinated baked and topped with free flow Atlantic prawns on a bed of wild rocket and chargrilled Mediterranean vegetables served with sundried tomato and basil hollandaise

Starter

A traditional Hogmanay broth which is infused with saffron and splashed with champagne and black truffle cream served with croutons

Main Course

Grilled fillet of Aberdeen Angus beef served with all the classic trimmings with a Scotch whisky sauce
Fresh market vegetables oven baked in butter and crushed black pepper
Baby roast potatoes with red onion and rosemary marmalade

Dessert

A buttery pastry case filled with a passion fruit brulée topped with fresh mango slices and raspberries served with a white rum and coconut cream
