During this one day you will learn the basics of windsurfing. This includes practice on a dry land simulator and on water tuition. You will be introduced to your windsurfing ‘rig’.

Once you have the board under control it’s time to bring up the sail and get moving—even if the first few movements might be back into the water. You will be taught the basics of windsurfing all the skills of tacking, gibing, upwind and downwind sailing.
Wet suits and all the equipment are provided and a safety boat will be in attendance just in case you get over enthusiastic!
