Your day will start with being greeted with fresh croissants and coffee. You'll then meet Stein, who will give you a brief on the day’s events, cook up some fresh bread ready for you to be whisked off to a local vineyard (seasonal) to taste incredible award winning wines. On your return, you'll start the day's cookery experience. Stein will prepare and cook a fantastic 5 course meal, during which he will tell a few stories of his life in a celebrity kitchen. During this demo, you'll be asked to participate individually at each stage, drawing on the competitive side of the event. At the end of the day you will have the opportunity to taste his delights. Wine will be served throughout the day.
