Ladies Day starts the Festival and has become one of the unmissable social events of the year. Ladies Day races include the Group 1 Coronation Cup and The Rose Bowl – dress up in your finest and take centre stage!
The Derby is the showpiece of the flat racing season and headlines a great day of racing – thousands of people witnessed Frankie Dettori winning his first title last year.

Queen’s Stand Private Boxes
With the best views on the course, these boxes are in high demand. Offering complete privacy in the exclusive Queen’s Stand, the boxes have breathtaking views over the course, finishing straight, The Downs and parade ring.
The Blue Riband Room
Located on the first floor of the exclusive Queen’s Stand, the Blue Riband Room has balconies overlooking the Winner’s Enclosure, finishing line and parade ring.
Classic Pavilion Chalets
The Classic Pavilion Chalets are the new private entertaining opportunity of 2008 – ideally positioned in the heart of The Derby. Situated on the finishing straight opposite the famous open top buses, your guests will have truly stunning views.
Private Chalets are available for groups of between 20 – 24 guests. These areas have their own outside areas, TVs and sight of a big screen. Guests will also have access to Tote betting facilities.
The Winning Post
The relaxed atmosphere in the Winning Post Marquee allows guests to get close to the action. Situated just past the winning post on the inside rail, the unique decked trackside garden area allows you to feel part of the action. This year, the Lashings World XI will be present in The Winning Post – this world famous cricket team made up of ex-international superstars will mingle with guests creating a truly special atmosphere.
Private tables are available for a minimum of 10 guests (smaller groups can be accommodated on shared tables).
Tattenham Corner Hospitality
This stunning marquee is positioned right on the bend of the famous Tattenham Corner – a pivotal point on the course where the race is often won or lost. Enjoy superb hospitality and experience the action at close quarters as the horses thunder down The Hill and into the finishing straight.

The Hill is always described as ‘the heart of The Derby party’ and this marquee is situated in the hub of it! This is a cost effective and informal way to introduce your guests to The Hill’s carnival atmosphere and entertainment whilst still enjoying an exclusive facility. The TVs and TOTE betting facilities cater for all your racing needs.
Private marquees are available for parties of 50 or more.

The racecourse is clearly signposted on most major approach routes. It is situated between Junctions 8 and 9 of the M25 and is also close to Epsom town centre on the B290.
Car Parking

By Train
Epsom Downs is well served by three local stations – Epsom, Epsom Downs and Tattenham Corner. The busiest and most frequent station is Epsom – it is a short taxi or bus ride to the course.
