Arrive at the Macdonald hotel, Golf and Country Club on Christmas Eve, where the warmest welcome awaits you. The celebrations begin with a Champagne reception followed by dinner and Christmas carols in the Manderston suite. Retire to the cocktail lounge for a mulled wine and mince pies.

Tuesday 25th December 2007
Start Christmas Day with a Bucks Fizz breakfast. A Traditional Festive Carvery Lunch will be served in the Manderston Suite. Take the afternoon to have a leisurely stroll in the hotel grounds or test your knowledge against the quiz master in the Cardrona Challenge. Our team of chefs will provide you with a light buffet supper to end the day.
Boxing Day
Wednesday 26th December 2007
After a hearty breakfast on Boxing Day, the day is yours to spend at leisure. Take advantage of the complimentary transport to Edinburgh city centre to participate in the Sales or view the sights of Scotland’s capital. Dine at your leisure that evening.
