Christmas Eve
Monday 24th December 2007
Mulled wine and shortbread on arrival. Table d’hôte dinner in the George Suite, where you will have the opportunity to meet the General Manager and the Team. Followed by Christmas Carols and midnight mass, then on your return mulled wine and mince pies will be served.

Christmas Day
Tuesday 25th December 2007
Bucks Fizz breakfast, traditional Christmas Day family lunch in the George Suite, then relax in the Melrose lounge or work off those lunch excesses in the leisure club. Alternatively why not take a brisk walk along Princes Street and up to Edinburgh Castle, set in the heart of our magnificent city. In the evening a light buffet supper will be served followed by some light entertainment.

Boxing Day
Wednesday 26th December 2007
Instead of breakfast this morning, why not have a lie in and join us for the Boxing Day Jazz Brunch – supplement of only £5.00 per person. Enjoy a day at leisure, why not take in the fabulous historical sights of Edinburgh or spend some money at the sales!
Dinner at your leisure.

Thursday 27th December 2007
Traditional Scottish breakfast served before departing “Haste ye back!”
